We will refund your money excluding the original delivery charge after we received the item(s) after proven the flaws is by our side.

1) The item(s) is under your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure safe and reliable delivery method for your own protection.

2) The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

3) We will not accept any liability for parcels damaged during delivery. Please ensure adequate packing were made.

4) Please include the following details with all returns:

ii) The reason for the return
iii) Your item(s) code
